The Farmers Insurance Group's Agent Training will fill your tool box with every tool you need to develop your small business skills and expertise necessary to make a positive impact on your clients' lives. It will cover every phase of you new business operation and will be completed in several steps. All you add is a good work ethic, heart to serve, and desire to be the best!
Step One: Reserve Agent Training can be designed around your needs. Farmers Business Builder uses a combination of web-based training, classroom, one-on-one with me, your District Manager, and self-paced studies. This training will give you the basic training, combined with flexibility needed to transition into a new business. With day and evening classes, you can fit the training around your existing job.
Step Two: Upon earning your Career status, you will spend a week at the Corporate Training Center in Los Angeles, at our award winning University of Farmers. This will kick off your successful career as a Farmers Agent. The University of Farmers has been designed just for the adult learner. All the concepts, materials, and programs are designed by successful agents getting it done in the field!
Step Three: Upon returning from U of F, Our Career Development System will begin. The Career Development System features a combination of classroom training, web-based training, self-study books, and more one-on-one training with me. This training will last for the first 24 months of your career. It will prepare you to be successful, handle clients' request, and give you the tools to fulfill your dreams!
Step Four: As a professional agent you will want to further your education with designations in the insurance field, such as the LUTCF, FSS, CLU and several more.
